The length of time you're restricted from earning loot is relative to two things: Severity of penalty.
If you're at level 1, then it will go down to level 0. A two-week suspension is going to drop your honor level to 0. Your honor progress will be locked, which will make you ineligible for receiving the next hextech crafting rewards.
Honor level 0 So I've been at honor level 0 for around 2-3 weeks now and I'm still at "checkpoint 0 of 3" will I ever get out of it? I've played a lot too. I get that I deserved to be put at honor level 0, I'm not denying that but I think I've been punished enough man.

how long to get out of honor level 0? I fucked up, i was at honor level 1, now zero, completely deserved, not complaining or anything, im going to play my games with \muteall and not say a thing, focus on improving. how long should it take to get back to 2-3? Is it actually possible to do so?
The lowest level is 0 not 1. I can approve that is hard to get honor 1. Been stuck in honor 0 for 2 months now and yet no keys for 2 months ( even tho I get atleast 2 to 5 honors a day ). I've send a ticket to riot and they told me they can't give me honor even tho I didn't asked for that.
